Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall
In December 1998, Boardwalk Hall began an extensive three year, $90 million renovation and restoration that would transform the building into a modern special events arena capable of seating up to 14,770. Since reopening in 2001, leading trade publications such as Billboard magazine, Pollstar magazine, and Venues Today have recognized the Hall as one of the World’s top grossing mid-size arena. The venue has the flexibility to configure into various sporting looks (e.g. Hockey, Basketball, and Boxing) as well as standard concert sets for musical performances and family shows.
Adrian Phillips Theater
The 23,100 square foot theater was part of the original construction of Boardwalk Hall in 1929. Originally created for silent movies, the ballroom is equipped with a beautiful 55 rank Kimball pipe organ located behind the grillwork on either side of the proscenium arch. Today, the Adrian Phillips Theater remains an attractive venue within Boardwalk Hall. It can be easily configured for a variety of events, including live concerts, musical shows, boxing, theatrical productions, dance performances, and galas.
