The restoration project to Atlantic City's Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall was designed to provide enhanced accessibility for our disabled patrons. It is now fully compliant with the American Disabilities Act of 1990.
Our restrooms and concourse areas are easily accessible. Special wheelchair seating is available for those who require it for all sporting events, concerts and shows. Guests interested in purchasing wheelchair accessible seating should call 609-348-7803. Our Box Office will return your call promptly to inform you of all seating options and handle your ticket transaction.
Reserved handicapped parking spaces are also available for events. Please note if you would like to purchase reserved parking, this must be arranged at least two weeks prior to the event date as the parking voucher must be mailed.
Guests who previously purchased tickets in non-wheelchair accessible areas, and whose needs have changed and now require wheelchair accessible seating, should enter the event with their original tickets and then visit the Guest Services office, located on the second floor Concourse. We ask that you arrive as early as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your needs based on seating availability.
