WHAT: 2005 Smart Ones Skate America

WHEN:October 20 through October 23, 2005

WHERE: Boardwalk Hall

The 2005 Smart Ones Skate America event previously scheduled for October 27 through October 30 will now take place on October 20 through October 23, 2005.

Smart Ones Skate America, an Olympic-style event that features four days of international skating competition, serves as the kick-off to the 2006 Olympic season. The event will showcase Atlantic City in two weekends of national coverage on ABC, as well as provide international exposure for the city through coverage in Canada and broadcasts in Japan, Russia, France, Italy and Germany.

U.S. Figure Skating and the New Jersey Council of Figure Skating Clubs will host the event to take place at historic Boardwalk Hall.
